Damaged/Faulty items

If you receive any products that are badly damaged by the courier,  I recommend that you do not accept them from our courier.  Please contact us at veronica@ritualsolivebeautycare.com  within 48hrs to let us know if this is the situation.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method. 

 

Late or Lost Items

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
